Three Potential Directions
- The emphasis is on biting off little bits of the problem 1 person at a time. It's just like taking a step, you're always putting one foot in front of another
- From there the idea is to focus on the actionable items, which include volunteering, donating and spreading awareness of the cause
General Feedback from the team:
- Addresses the issue and the needs to solve the problem proactively
- A piecemeal approach makes it more mentally attainable and approachable
- Assertive vocabulary, but not intimidating

"Solving the puzzle"
- The emphasis is on biting off little bits of the problem 1 person at a time. It's just like taking a step, you're always putting one foot in front of another
- From there the idea is to focus on the actionable items, which include volunteering, donating and spreading awareness of the cause
General Feedback from the team:
- Addresses the issue and the needs to solve the problem proactively
- A piecemeal approach makes it more mentally attainable and approachable
- Assertive vocabulary, but not intimidating
"Homelessness is a Spectrum"
Playing on "spectrum":
- There's the juxtaposition of a world in black and white (representing the problems that cause homelessness) vs. the world in color (representing a world post-homelessness with all of the ways that they were able to help themselves and regain their dignity).
- Using traffic signs to represent the different phases in ending homelessness
- Using a spectrum of colors to represent the different teams/ facets of tackling the problem of homelessness
- "Now I see ____" (insert the following: me, you, us, change)
Feedback:
- No solid call to action built in
- It does frame a way to directly point out the problems which cause homelessness
"See. Fight. End."
Advocacy and Awareness
- Looking into the "dystopian" reality of homelessness to call attention to the problem
- Downtown Streets Team is Yoda/Experts and the homeless are like Luke Skywalker (they have the ability to solve the problem themselves, the only thing they need is guidance)
- "Julia's Secret Sauce" - A process to end homelessness spelled out in clear steps
Feedback:
- Fight is too strong, scary and combative
- End also feels intangible; it's the end goal, true, but it doesn't give us a clear idea of how to get there.
- These do convey strong ideals and goals though, the strength is messaging is high.
